The Pas Normal Studios HQ includes not only a state-of-the-art office, but also a training space and gym alongside the brand’s first flagship store in Denmark and a café with an expansive outdoor area, all designed by OEO Studio.

The 1200m2 space is arranged over two levels and across two large redbrick warehouse buildings that date from 1897 and are located in the historic docklands area of Copenhagen. These have been sensitively repurposed by OEO Studio to create a series of modern yet welcoming spaces for both Pas Normal Studios employees and customers.

‘The purpose of this project was to create a dynamic lifestyle office that goes hand in hand with our brand DNA, our passion for cycling and our attitude towards inclusion of employees and customers. OEO Studio’s design has created a connecting point where all these elements meet and blend. The new HQ and flagship store also puts us close to our community, which was the overwhelming ambition for this new space,’ says CEO Peter Lange.
