Noma returns

The 250 m2 restaurant space at Ace Hotel Kyoto has been revived again by OEO Studio for Noma, taking on a new direction and embracing the magical autumn of Kyoto and Japan, reminiscent of a forest floor blanketed in golden, burnt, and reddish leaves – relics of the woods. 

Again this year, OEO Studio was inspired by Kyoto’s rich history for crafts and for Noma’s return in 2024, OEO Studio designed a full collection of furniture in collaboration with Time & Style, Japan’s leading furniture maker, including the Kouryu chair and the Yoshino table collection.
